Your participation makes a difference in the success of the organization.
You have to be a member to participate in any of our exhibitions and to have a vote in decisions that affect the future direction of the collective. Presently, we meet the 2nd Sunday, of each month, 4-6pm on the campus of Spelman College in the Women’s Center located on the second floor of the Cosby Building. If there is a change in our regular meeting place it is usually mentioned in advance on our list serve .It is expected that members attend at least 5 (five) meetings within the calendar year, with exception given to those members who are out of town. Attending monthly meetings in person is essential to the core of sharing, learning, critiquing, and bonding within a network of seasoned photographers.
We are not an on line collective exclusively.
What does a membership in Sistagraphy mean?
- It means support to a premier African-American Women’s art organization.
- It means becoming a part of supporting an important legacy, founded in Atlanta, Georgia.
- It means being a part of a collective voice which impacts the arts community.
- It means support to continue the photographic documentation of telling “Our Stories” and addressing social commentary in the global communities.
Dues are $35 yearly membership

Support Sistagraphy- make a donation
Sistagraphy relies on its yearly membership dues from members to support and sustain our basic business functions as an organization. Fundraising is on-going and is created for specific key goals and missions to meet the future needs of the organization.
Sistagraphy is sustained thru public and private donation participation from individuals and organizations to support us at any level. If you decide to make a donation of $100 or more you could receive a limited edition print from our Sistagraphy Archive
